Teapot

Description

Teapot handmade in stoneware clay on the wheel, trimmed, dried, fired the first time, then glazed in one of my homemade glazes and fired again.
All of this is done by hand, which means that no two are the same. Neither in shape, nor surface.

The teapot has a metal handle across the top, which provides a nice material contrast to the ceramic. The handle is brass, which will get patina over time. Can be polished and oiled for a shinier look.
