Terms and conditions for purchasing courses
There is basically no right of cancellation on our courses, as they take place on set dates or periods. However, we offer the right of cancellation on courses under the following conditions:
When you buy a ceramics course on rank.dk, you have a 14-day right of withdrawal, during which you can get the full amount refunded. If you want the money refunded after 14 days from the date of purchase, an administration fee of 20% of the amount will be taken. From 3 weeks before the start of the course, the amount cannot be refunded. This also applies if you buy the course less than 3 weeks before the start of the course, then the 14-day right of cancellation expires. However, you are welcome to give or sell your place on the course to another person. If this happens, written notice must be given.
